Hey, I’m Gabriel.

I build software, research user feedback, and take things apart to see how they work.

You can call me Gabo. I live in Ruse, Bulgaria. Away from the screen, I’m usually working on our apartment, tinkering with a car, or finding room for another home server.

From support
to building things.

I’ve spent 12+ years working on products, listening to customers, and learning from what went wrong.

That has taken me through my own businesses, open-source projects, and research. I still like getting into the details myself. Here’s more about me.

Things I build

I co-founded Bimbala, a tool for customer feedback. I also make WordPress plugins, server calculators, and small tools for problems I run into.

User feedback & research

Working in support got me interested in what people actually mean when they ask for something. My PhD research looks at how software can help make sense of that feedback.

Things I write

Notes on software, AI, security, and things that took too long to fix. Sometimes a guide, sometimes an opinion, occasionally a rant.
