Consulting
Hands-on WordPress & WooCommerce consulting for small and medium businesses, agencies, and e-commerce teams.
I don't come in with a slide deck and a framework. I get into your codebase, your infrastructure, your team's workflow - and help you actually move forward. Whether you're stuck on a migration, scaling a WooCommerce store, or trying to figure out why things are slow, I adapt to what you need.
What I Work On
Most of my clients are e-commerce businesses or agencies managing e-commerce projects. Here's where I spend most of my time:
- WooCommerce migrations - I've migrated stores of all sizes from other e-commerce platforms to WooCommerce, including catalogues with 15k, 25k, 50k+ products. Some of those stores are still leaders in their niches.
- Wholesale & B2B setups - pricing tiers, customer-specific catalogues, bulk ordering flows.
- Multivendor marketplaces - architecture, vendor onboarding, commission and payout logic.
- WordPress & WooCommerce performance - slow stores lose sales. I find and fix the bottlenecks.
- WordPress maintenance & operations - keeping things updated, secure, and running smoothly. Need a full technical or security audit? That's a separate service.
How We Work Together
I adapt to your situation. Some clients need a few focused hours to unblock a problem. Others bring me in for weeks as an extension of their team. There's no minimum project size - if you have a real problem, let's talk. If you want to understand how I work day-to-day before we start, take a look at my working-with-me guide.
We can work hourly, on a project basis, or on a retainer - whatever makes sense for you.
Who It's For
- Small and medium e-commerce businesses that need someone who actually knows WordPress and WooCommerce deeply
- Agencies that need a specialist to bring in on complex projects
- Teams that have outgrown their current setup and need help thinking through the next step
FAQ
Do you work remote or on-site?
Primarily remote. That covers the vast majority of what I do without any issues. My infrastructure runs on green EU servers, so if sustainability or data residency within the EU matters to you, that's already covered.
What languages do you work in?
Bulgarian and English.
Do you sign NDAs?
Depends on the client - often yes. If your project requires it, just mention it upfront and we'll sort it out before we start.
Do you take on legacy projects - old codebases, no documentation, general chaos?
Yes, and honestly those are some of the most interesting ones. The one condition I sometimes ask for: if we clean things up together, I'd love to write a blog post about the lessons - anonymised, no client details. Sharing what went wrong (and how to avoid it) is useful for everyone.
Do you work with agencies or directly with businesses?
Both. Some clients are agencies that bring me in on specific projects. Others are businesses working directly with me. Either way works.
